Independent Service

FlySearchSky provides independent travel assistance and information. We are not an airline, do not represent any airline, and are not affiliated with any airline. You may contact your airline directly at any time.

Optional Assistance and Fees

Our assistance is optional. Service fees, if applicable, are disclosed before you approve any action. Submitting a request does not create a booking, change a ticket, cancel a booking, or authorize a charge.

Supplier Rules Apply

Airline rules, fare conditions, availability, refund rules, baggage rules, seat rules, name correction rules, and supplier terms apply. We do not guarantee refunds, changes, upgrades, rebooking, credits, or supplier approvals.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and reviewing any option, fee, supplier rule, and final instruction before approving action. Do not submit information for another traveler unless you have authorization.
