Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any booking, support, or post-booking service made available through it. By accessing the site, requesting a quote, submitting traveler information, or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any airline or supplier fare rules that apply to your booking.
Who we are
FlySearchSky operates this website from 8101 N Church Road, Liberty, MO 64158. We are an independent travel booking service. We are not an airline, airport, government agency, or official website of any airline unless expressly stated otherwise.
Eligibility and permitted use
You may use this site only for legitimate travel research, quote requests, purchases, and support activities for yourself or for travelers you are authorized to represent. You may not use the site for speculative, false, fraudulent, abusive, automated, or unlawful bookings, nor may you interfere with the site’s performance, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any content, pricing, or availability data.
Our role and supplier rules
We facilitate access to airline inventory, fares, ancillary services, and related travel content through airlines, global distribution systems, consolidators, payment providers, and travel-technology partners. Each booking is also subject to the rules, restrictions, contracts of carriage, and policies of the airline or supplier involved. If supplier rules conflict with a customer’s expectations, the supplier’s fare conditions and operational rules will generally control the booking.
Quotes, prices, and availability
Search results and quoted fares are informational until an order is accepted and confirmed. Prices, schedules, routes, fare classes, baggage allowances, and seat availability can change at any time before ticketing. Displayed prices may expire, inventory may sell out, and an itinerary may become unavailable between search and checkout.
If a fare or service becomes unavailable, we may cancel the pending order, offer an alternative, or request approval for an updated price before ticketing. A booking is not final merely because traveler information or payment details were submitted.
Booking confirmation and ticket issuance
Some transactions may require internal review for fare validation, supplier confirmation, fraud screening, or payment verification before ticket issuance. A booking is confirmed only when a final confirmation, booking reference, or ticket number has been issued and sent. An authorization, pending charge, acknowledgement email, or order receipt does not by itself guarantee final ticket issuance.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information for every traveler and payer, including names exactly matching travel documents, contact information, dates of birth, gender where required, and any passport or travel-document details required by the airline, destination, or transit point. You are also responsible for reviewing the itinerary immediately after receipt and notifying us promptly of any discrepancy.
Travel documentation and check-in
Passengers are solely responsible for passports, visas, transit permissions, entry requirements, health documentation, baggage compliance, airline check-in, and timely arrival at the airport. Requirements vary by airline, destination, nationality, and itinerary and may change without notice. We recommend confirming travel requirements directly with the airline and relevant government authorities before travel.
Payments and authorization
Payments are processed through PCI-compliant processors or approved travel payment partners. We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV values on our servers. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are the cardholder or an authorized user and that you authorize the applicable transaction, verification checks, and any necessary fraud-prevention review.
Depending on the processor, itinerary, or supplier arrangement, your statement descriptor may show FlySearchSky, an airline, or another disclosed travel payment partner. If a payment is authorized but the booking is not completed, the authorization may remain pending for a period determined by your bank or payment network before it is released or reversed.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Changes, cancellations, credits, exchanges, seat assignments, baggage allowances, and refund eligibility are governed by the booked fare, airline rules, and our applicable servicing policies. Many fares are non-refundable, non-changeable, partially refundable, or subject to significant airline penalties. Additional service fees may apply for voluntary or involuntary post-booking assistance where permitted by law.
Our separate Refund Policy contains additional information, but airline-imposed restrictions and supplier processing timelines still apply.
Ancillary services
Seats, baggage, meals, priority services, special requests, and other ancillary products are subject to airline availability and may change due to aircraft swaps, operational constraints, fare rules, or supplier limitations. Confirmation of an ancillary request may occur after the initial booking step and is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.
Promotions, discounts, and advertising content
Promotional language, price claims, and savings statements are subject to availability, travel dates, routing, supplier inventory, and booking conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers are limited-time, may be withdrawn without notice, and may not be combined with other promotions.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a billing error occurred, please contact us first so we can review the booking record and attempt to resolve the issue. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback after a valid service was provided, ticket issued, or supplier cost incurred may delay support resolution and may require us to submit booking records, communications, and fraud-review evidence to the card issuer or processor.
Website availability and acceptable conduct
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, search capability, support feature, or booking flow at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content will always be error-free. You agree not to scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the site or the systems used to operate it.
Intellectual property
Website content, text, graphics, branding, layout, software, and other material on the site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary personal use in connection with travel shopping and booking, no content may be copied, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays. We are not responsible for airline schedule changes, cancellations, denied boarding, missed connections, baggage issues, supplier insolvency, weather events, strikes, government actions, force majeure, or other matters outside our reasonable control.
Our liability is limited to the amount, if any, that you paid directly to us for the specific booking or service giving rise to the claim, except where a greater remedy is required by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of enjoyment, lost opportunity, or lost profits.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FlySearchSky and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, your breach of supplier rules, or information you submit that is inaccurate, unauthorized, or unlawful.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri unless applicable law requires a different forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after the updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
