Airline refunds, travel credits, fare changes, penalties, and approvals are controlled by airline rules and supplier terms. FlySearchSky does not guarantee airline refunds or supplier outcomes.

Service Fees

Service fees, if applicable, are disclosed before you approve any action. If a service fee has been charged for completed assistance, it may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of approval.

If you believe a FlySearchSky service fee was charged in error, contact us with your name, email address, request date, and a description of the issue. We will review available records and respond with available information.
